From a German artist, Echte Wagner, who designed advertising cards
Interesting ideas - he was right about phones to some extent anyway & a plane which rises & descends vertically.

If you are over 50 you might have run into this. I have, but seemed to break through the barrier as I got even older.

Hi, is anyone here using Optus Sport? Sky are upping there prices yet again, and although $5.00 a month may not seem like much, I only watch the football and have no interest in the other sport that they make me buy. As a pensioner I object to paying the greedy parasites a 12.5% increase for no reason.  Angry

  Russia breaking rules, child refugees
Posted by: Lilith7 - 28-01-2023, 02:32 PM - Forum: News and Current Affairs - Replies (3)

Unbelievable, that they could do this.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-64429377

"The head of the United Nations' refugee agency has accused Moscow of violating "fundamental" child protection principles by giving Russian passports to unaccompanied child refugees.
Filippo Grandi added that Russia had then been putting these children up for adoption by Russian families.
He said the UNHCR would try to get access to those affected and try to find solutions in their best interest."

Perhaps Russia might have learned this nasty little idea from America removing children from families trying to cross their border & enter illegally.
Sometimes humans are an absolutely vile species.

  Plex Media Server
Posted by: ruup - 28-01-2023, 12:24 PM - Forum: PC World Chat - Replies (2)

Hello.... has anyone here used Plex Media Server on a desktop as opposed to on a NAS setup? How well does it work if I only want to use it for my personal use? I would like to set it up so I can listen to my music files on other devices for example my tablet or phone. Also does this have any bearing on copyrights? Thanks for reading, appreciate any response. Thanks.  Cool
