Gmail search giving little to no results
Posted by: nzoomed - 07-10-2024, 09:57 AM - Forum: PressF1 - Replies (4)

I've noticed for a bit now that I have been unable to locate some email conversations in my inbox.
At first I thought I may have accidentally deleted the messages but today I when i went to look for an order reference number which is in the body of a fresh email that has just arrived and nothing shows, yet there are at least 2 other emails in here and none are displaying in the results.
Doesn't matter if it's my mobile app or my web browser.
Anyone noticed anything similar?

  Fast Track Projects list
Posted by: harm_less - 06-10-2024, 03:56 PM - Forum: Opinion and Politics - Replies (3)

This will serve to burn a bit more political capital of the coalition. Some of the projects are more than welcome, others far from popular. And at day's end the injection of funding, or not, will be the telling factor as to whether some go ahead.

At the same spot he was shot at 12 weeks ago.
Looks like he is polling around 60% which is good news.

And of course they are going to say it's not their fault.
Timaru loosing their meat works is going to be a real blow for the region.
Carbon farming is not sustainable, not only will we run out of land, but also run out of money to pay out carbon credits once the population switches over to electric cars and stops buying petrol.

One term government in the offing?
Posted by: harm_less - 05-10-2024, 08:17 PM - Forum: Opinion and Politics - Replies (6)

Well written synopsis of the coalition government's abysmal performance over recent weeks. In my opinion Luxon is too hamstrung by his coalition partners to send this miscreant junior MP to political oblivion as she deserves. Costello's "independent advice" turned out to be no more than a half arsed Google search of documents that supported her 50% excise tax cut on Philip Morris's HTP devices but failed on the relevancy and timeliness fronts. A first year uni student would have been able to do better. But still Luxon maintains his 'spray and walk away' support of her actions.

  Windows 11 24H2 update - breaks sharing

As per the title.

Just installed W1124H2 ( Pro) on a non compliant Hardware ( thanks Rufus)  ( update due to be pushed out as of now ->>)

It breaks all shared folders that are not password protected.  Any shares that are pass worded work fine, but there are many people whom set it up so a NAS doesn't need a password. Sorry wont work any more just a warning about unsecure etc    Article Describing

John Key claims Trump better for America

Well...he would, wouldn't he...

He at least had the grace to qualify that with 'better for the economy'.

It certainly wouldn't be better for women. Or poor people. Or migrants. Or anyone who wasn't well off.
