I have heard mention of $1,000,000 a day in excess profits - how they work that out and what is normal profit I have no idea...

365,000,000 / 1,787,900 = $204.15 per household, per year...

This won't take into account the amount you spend on groceries, if you are a smaller spender of say $100/week on groceries then you will probably get a smaller share...
