  China's brutal lockdowns...

Best thing ever to happen to China, obviously they have been unsuccessful to eradicate covid, but they are seeing a breakdown of society as the public are getting pissed off with their restrictions.
Now they are mandating vaccines for the first time, lets see how that plays out.

This might be the beginning of the fall of the CCP dictatorship.

  Deaths in UK up 15.9%
Posted by: C_T_Russell - 12-07-2022, 12:56 PM - Forum: Covid-19 - Replies (3)

Indirectly to covid, there are a number of factors.
Vaccination is one factor that needs to be looked at, then we are likely seeing people that couldn't receive healthcare due to covid restrictions, lockdowns etc.

Would like to know how many of these deaths are heart related.

The USA is in a mess since Trump left...

Doesnt matter what you think of Trump, but they are learning fast over there that what they replaced him with is much, much worse...
The woke brigade got their vice president who was only chosen because she is black and is a woman. What skills or experience does Kamala even have?
Bidens approval dropping worse than Trumps, they have reversed his policy regarding the mexican border, and 250,000 illegal immigrants have entered the US since.

Then we have Hunter Biden doing drugs and nothing is done...

And Kamala doesnt give a shit about fuel prices and just laughs it off, even Jacinda cant go that low and has actually given us some relief at the pump...

Democrats walking away from the sinking ship...

I could see all this coming when Trump lost the election...
No surprises here when you have an incapable president with an incapable team. The USA is run by clowns with their leader who has dementia.

You dont have to watch the whole video, but you will get the message in the first 2 minutes.
And to think this group gets charity status? The govt needs to do something about these cults, along with gloriavale, etc.
They are not a religion, they are not a charity, they dont give back to the public and they ruin your life if you try and leave.

How long before they are jabbing us all for monkeypox?...
Posted by: C_T_Russell - 11-07-2022, 11:35 AM - Forum: Opinion and Politics - Replies (21)

Something tells me that this will be the next vaccine mandate enforced upon everyone.
They already said on the news last night that they are going to be getting some vaccine into the country.

But apparently it only affects homosexuals according to the TV, so whats the issue?
Whats all the homophobia around this disease anyway?

Will Boris really beetle off this time?
Posted by: Lilith7 - 08-07-2022, 03:19 PM - Forum: Opinion and Politics - Replies (9)

He seems ready to leave, but then again it is Boris so who knows.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/202...n-to-power.

Boris Johnson dramatically quit as prime minister after a mass walkout of MPs finally sealed his fate, signalling an end to one of the most divisive and turbulent periods in British politics.

In a speech outside Downing Street on Thursday that was tinged with bitterness, he blamed ministers for turning on him but expressed neither regret nor contrition for his mistakes.

The day of drama at Westminster began with more of JohnsonÔÇÖs ministers quitting in a bid to force him out ÔÇô including Michelle Donelan, who had taken the job of education secretary just two days earlier.
Johnson rang Graham Brady, chair of the backbench 1922 Committee, early on Thursday morning, and emerged from No 10 at lunchtime to concede publicly that he had lost his partyÔÇÖs support.
His premiership, which will have lasted just three years, was overshadowed by the catastrophic Covid crisis, and marred by persistent claims of sleaze, which saw two ethics advisers resign.

But in his speech, delivered as his wife, Carrie, stood nearby holding their young daughter, Johnson called his colleaguesÔÇÖ decision to dislodge him ÔÇ£eccentricÔÇØ, suggesting they had been driven by a herd mentality.
Johnson made no apology for any of the self-inflicted scandals that prompted his party to turn against him, including the hiring of an alleged sexual predator, Chris Pincher, as deputy chief whip.

The Labour leader, Keir Starmer, said his party would table a motion of no confidence in the government in the House of Commons if Johnson did not step aside straight away.

ÔÇ£He needs to go; he canÔÇÖt cling on in this way. His own party have now decided that heÔÇÖs unfit to be prime minister. They canÔÇÖt now inflict him on the country for the next few months,ÔÇØ he said."

She pleads guilty in a Russian court, to smuggling hash oil into the country, and expects Biden to rescue her? Do the crime AND the time?

Is there a disconnect among some people or am I expecting too much from people these day?
