There are so many available with a huge price range - any recommendations would be very welcome - really struggling with the current project using dark wool

In Windows 11 update, under Advanced Options, "receive updates for other MS products" is greyed out. I have tried to follow the gpedit.msc instructions but I'm confused. Can someone advise how I can turn this option on please?
