  Loathe thy neighbour

Interesting article about how 'empathy is a parasitic plague'.
Apparently even Christians are adopting this view - I've no idea how the hell they reconcile this vicious view with their bible, which I think tells them to 'love thy neighbour'.

I'm extremely grateful not to be living in America.

Our short sighted, greed crazed govt does it again. The delightful people pretending to represent us all have decided that its perfectly fine to stuff up the seabed for an entire 30 years.
Never mind the species its likely to kill, there's money to be made. Angry

Anyone using a "mini PC" ??
Posted by: paulw - 16-05-2025, 11:00 AM - Forum: PC World Chat - Replies (4)

My current desktop  is coming to the end of it's life.  I've had it  since 2012 currently running Win 11 23h2. Doesn't  do  well on 24h2.I'm looking at a mini PC to  replace it  as I don't  do  gaming but a little video  editing.  Unfortunately  here in NZ  there is a dearth of mini PCs.  I've looked at PB Tech who  have quite a few  and have virtually  settled on this one https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WKSPB52714/PB-Jupiter-52714-Mini-PC-Windows-11-Pro-Mini-Busin but wonder if having DDR4 RAM rather than DD5 RAM will have much of an effect
Your thoughts??

my son left some apple airpods behind last visit home so i took them into NZ Post to send them back, initially  they quoted $90 to send them to Brisbane, the guy looked up the post bible and told me they cant send them because they have a battery

they arrived on a plane from Brisbane and they had a battery

i asked him what about all the battery stuff pouring into the country every day from temu  and he said it can come in but we cant send out

We are loosing farms fast to unworkable regulations and pine trees.
This is serious, because our economy depends on agriculture.

More race based BS coming out from TPM.
Can't wait until they are gone out of parliament for 3 weeks for their childish behavior.
