Extra Signage?

This was tragic, but why do people climb over fences, ignore signage and take such risks to get their photos. Will more signage really stop them?

imho if someone climbs a fence to get somewhere they are not supposed to be, then the outcome is all on them...

Signage is really only for prevention of liability - some folks will always ignore the warnings
