So, Seymour - in suggesting an employment lawyer, saw sexual abuse as a potential employment law issue?
Weirdness.

Some people have a natural inclination to focus on the money before all else.
Perhaps it is getting old that brings a very different perspective to life, beyond the conditioning we impose on each other around career, and property, and 'building personal wealth'. Perhaps it is experiencing the traumas that financial wellbeing can do nothing to protect us from that teaches us other things are more valuable.
And maybe that is while youth is wasted on the young, wisdom comes way too late in life.

This just confirms my view of David Seymour; that his first reaction was not to encourage these people to contact police but rather to put them in touch with an employment lawyer.
With age comes a certain amount of cynicism...
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
