Just got to 30 000 today. Don't think I will get to 40 000.

I think a bit of optimism goes a long way. After all, there was this time when we were signing up for life insurance and the end date was somewhere in the early 2020s and we looked at each other and just shook our heads. That was so far away, such a distant date, we couldn't get our heads around it.
And now, here am I, bang smack in the middle of those dates and contemplating what self indulgent gift shall I buy myself, and because I am still at heart an optimist, it better be one that lasts! Because you just can't tell... Oh, and Happy 30K! |
