We knew her mother Fetaui Mata'afa quite well when we lived in Samoa. Her mother was a remarkable woman.
It is hoped that she will enjoy a successful time as Prime Minister.

Wow, Rumpelteazer small world, what part of Samoa did you reside in? My wife is from Lepa at the beautiful Southeastern end of Upolu  Smile

We were in Apia.  We lived up in Moto'atua a bit below the hospital and I worked for Burns Philp.  This was in the 70's.
