I doubt it somehow, those who would have to authorise this sort of thing would wind up old, lonely and heirless. How would they stock the next-generation Beehive then?
While I do quite like the image of the wind slowly blowing a scrap of paper around a deserted Beehive, emptied forever of politicians, I suspect that stupidity will be with  humanity forever.
Even the cleverest can sometimes do something stupendously stupid - just the nature of the human beast, I think.
