It was warm all night here too but only a couple of showers rain wise.
We are still conserving water so my windows will have to wait but there is a lot of dust around due to the dry silt and the windows are very dirty.
About a week before the cyclone my hot water tank blew the thermostat yet again. Since they put chlorine in our water there has been a lot of problems with hot water cylinders. Anyway I decided to go with infinity gas as I know quite a few people with it and they all like it. 
With the cyclone etc itÔÇÖs taken a bit longer to get installed but yesterday was the day┬áand oh how good to have a lovely┬áhot shower after 6 weeks with no hot water and just bucket washes.┬á
Must confess┬áI didnÔÇÖt think of water conservation whilst enjoying my shower┬á
 
 Now I also have a lovely biggish cupboard in the corner of the kitchen where the cylinder used to be so am planning how best to set it up. Today I will paint it and put down some flooring. Fortunately I have some left from when the kitchen was redone a few years ago. Then decide on shelving.
