Win11 Taskbar clock -seconds

This works - Just tried it.  Go to https://winaero.com/how-to-enable-second...dows-11/  Scroll down to the bottom till you find the title  "Solution for both Windows 11 22H2 and 21H2"  Download the Explorer Patcher -- Run it and follow the instructions as per the web page

confirm this one, seems to mess with the layout a wee bit but it did add the seconds to the clock.  
On my win 11 I ended up with a win 10 start button on the LHS with the start menu opening in the middle... Restores the taskbar context menu as well
