Where dis i say the govt engineered these ads? Im saying they allowed them to be permitted for some time.
The issue needed to be addressed early on right from the start.
The advertising should have been banned, but instead because of a loophole, it was permitted because it technically wasnt a "cigarette" or "tobacco"
Instead we needed to waste time with bureaucracy to debate over what to do with it.
What 'technically' means in this case is that it wasn't legal to prevent advertising at the time.
So, is there anything you don't blame on this govt, then?
