just received an offer from the seller, they'll let me have it for 165USD.
I think the frying-pan-and-chemicals combination got a bit out of hand with that one. I knew a collector in the US who reckoned he had the chemical mixtures to generate any kind of toning you'd like.  Probably long gone now, and I never thought at the time to ask him for the recipes :-)
