Whoahhhh what a stormy night we had and it doesn't seem much better this morning. The whanau have promised to text before they leave and along the way to us. Better make sure we have enough water in the fridge so we can at least make a cuppa using the camp cooker if the power goes off. No power = no water. We had a power cut last Friday thanks to a tree coming down onto the lines.
Good to hear your door is fixed and secure, OHH. What a hoot with the different names we're called. I suppose men of a certain age will never change their habits.
Amazing how quick our grandies grow, isn't it, Lilith. I couldn't believe our granddaughter is up to my shoulder already. And I remember our son being at eye level with me one day and taller than me, the next. I think MrK will be surprised at the grandies height as he hasn't seen them for a while.
