morning ladies   Another dry day here but boy, the maize harvesters are loving it.  Maize cutting is in full swing now so watch for the contractors on the road -assuming you are on the road with these awful petrol prices.
Lilith, MrK and I were saying the very same thing about Putin.  Wouldn't it be karma if he went the same way his opponents went.  I also suspect his demise will come from within his inner circle.  Sooner or later those oligarch's are going to get pi**** off with not being able to use their luxury items and do the deed.  As for bombing the maternity hospital, that surely is a war crime?  What made it worse was the general trying to justify it.
Yesterday I printed out a full colour and several black and white photos of our native falcon.  I took the photo in 2017 at the Otorohanga Kiwi House.  Stuck my camera hard up against the wire cage and snapped and ended up with a photo I could only dream of ever taking. I use the black and white photos for showing the high and low lights clearly and I print several as I write notes and draw all over them.   I've done a rough sketch in my art book and will tidy that up today so I can transfer the picture to fabric.  So my challenge is to embroider the falcon and do him justice.    Fingers crossed.
I'm off to find some blue and yellow chalk... I really like Lilith's idea
Happy crafting
