my friend works as a receptionist at a rest home. she has been abused verbally by multiple people for asking to see the vax passes. these are family members of residents who she knows are done as she has previously seen their purple cards, but the rules say vax card must be sighted.
her boss just hides in his office until the dust has settled and appears to do nothing to help or support her.

this kind of thing makes me so glad i dont have a job where i am public facing, and dont have to put up with their bullshit. been there, done that.
