This is really going to hurt the supply chain bigtime, since this makes about 20% of the nations workforce in the industry, I bet once shop shelves are empty, they wont be able to get them back to work fast enough.
20% is not a "minority" by any means, yet our media always portrays such ones as just that.

I've seen reasonable coverage of hundreds (not thousands) of truckers protesting over a number of things of which the vaccine mandate seems to be the last straw for people sufficiently uneducated to understand that it's not what they should be focussing on. Similar to some NZers protesting about far more issues than just vaccine.
20% IS a minority. Anything less than 50% is minority. 20% is significant which is unfortunate under the circumstances, but does show that a more significant majority of 80% hold the opposite view.
It's a shame that Elon Musk is allowing his name to used in this way, but that's his business. Articles from a website called "Rebel News" don't exactly inspire respect though, which is born out by Media Bias saying "Right Biased based on story selection that always favors the right and Mixed for factual reporting due to poor sourcing techniques and consistent one-sided reporting". Daily Mail comes off even worse in their analysis. It's much better to read factual, balanced reportage.
