I've always had good service from them. I really like the Chat, you get a transcript of the convo in your email, and they guide you into what to do.
The red face should only ever be given when it is genuinely poor service received. It can be a real blow when they just do it because they can, and for no reason.
This person had never purchased from me before, and bugger me, she's gone and spoilt it for herself. She will never get her hands on any of my very well priced goodies now. lol.
I now have 5 on my blacklist. I did remove one, because I think I BL him when he said something horrible on the TM mb's a long time ago, so he is free to roam now.
