Both this & the previous govt made promisies which are unkept; Dunedin needs a new hospital. Both this & the previous govt said they'd build it....neither has. 
So some very,very large posters have now gone up. One leader was labelled incompetent, the other untrustworthy...but are very likely interchangeable.
