A year or so ago I was outside the library & an old chap struck up a conversation about how useful my bike looked, then said he was from the Coast. I asked where exactly, & it turned out he was from Westport where a branch of my family is from & it turned out that as a young man he'd played rugby with my Auntie's husband.
