The suggestion is that either Musk was off his meds, or he was cross about the electric vehicle windfall for him being pulled, or the comment by Gates about the look of the richest man in the world killing the poorest children, or he was pissed at being fired - or for all of those reasons, whatever inspired it it is fascinating how the President is suddenly being so calm and quiet about the critique. If a reporter had said that he'd have been apoplectic...
I guess Elon's money bought him a leave pass of sorts. Probably temporary at best... Neither of these two is a mastermind, they seem idiotic, like comic book villains feuding; when the elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.
Elon is mad because he's been used and now betrayed and Trump is on his home ground, fighting over something or another to gain advantage or make a point, I can't believe the speed of the breakdown of their collaboration. They both need to be sent to the headmaster to get the cane for disrupting the adults.
