if it's through a reseller then they can do so through HILDA the Chillisoft Reseller Portal.

Otherwise I would just flick Chillisoft an email

If you purchased it yourself, AND made up an account when installing just log into your account and change the email.

Otherwise as King1 posted just email them.
Upgrades = Old bugs replaced with new Bugs.

Logged in to my account and changed the email but somehow, after restarted my PC, I need to reactivate the Nod32. and, all my old settings are gone, need to redo it.
Anyway, no big deal.
