Some large companies have voluntarily repaid, others have been nudged towards repayment, and there is a mechanism for auditing profits and requiring repayment. Administered by MSD. RE: Five star hypocrisy - Wainuiguy - 19-02-2022 Were they entitled to it? Hell I know of people who were on the benefit who applied, and were granted, wage subsidies for their "business". In some cases tens of thousands of $$$. I know someone personally who works at MSD investigating where those subsidies may have been abused and they have been told POINT BLANK not to go after those people. In one case an individual who got almost $100k. They have even told to focus only on businesses. |
